How we use your information
Captivate Creation is run by Daniel White. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
- When you order an audit: your name, email address, billing details and the agency or branch link you give us. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- When you email us: your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.
Why we use it
To carry out the audit you ordered and send you the report (performance of a contract), to answer your enquiries, and to keep the financial records the law requires (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
Stripe, to take payment, and our website and email providers, who host the service for us. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Enquiries that don't lead to an order are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@captivatecreation.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
